To use the Betty Boop Heart 2 cursor on your Windows XP computer:
Download the cursor to your cursors folder (c:\Windows\Cursors\ ).
Open your control panel. Start > Control Panel
Open the Apperance & Themes section.
Click Mouse Pointers on the left side.
Click the Pointers tab.
Select the cursor you would like to change and click Browse.
Choose the Betty Boop Heart 2 Cursor and click Open.
